PESHAWAR: During a consultative visit held under the GIZ–LUMS initiative, the leadership and HR team of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Economic Zones Development and Management Company engaged with the visiting delegation to discuss emerging human resource challenges facing the industrial sector and the future roadmap for strategic HR transformation.
CEO Mr. Shaharyar Gul, Chairman BoD HR Committee Mr. Najiullah Khattak, and the HR team of KPEZDMC emphasized the importance of cross-organizational collaboration, adoption of modern HR systems, performance-driven KPIs, and industry-oriented workforce practices aligned with international standards.
Highlighting the organization’s vision, the CEO reaffirmed KPEZDMC’s commitment to transforming HR into a strategic function aimed at enhancing institutional performance, strengthening industrial facilitation, and promoting sustainable human capital development across the economic zones of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
The participants also underscored the importance of partnerships among academia, development organizations, and industry stakeholders to build a future-ready workforce ecosystem capable of supporting inclusive industrial growth and economic transformation in the province.
