PESHAWAR: U.S. Consul General Tom Eckert, Public Affairs Officer Rob Tate, and Political and Economic Section Chief Kapil Gupta met with the Consulate Peshawar Youth Council for discussions on entrepreneurship, innovation, and education.
During the engagement, Youth Council members toured the new Lincoln Corner at the United States Educational Foundation in Pakistan and learned about the free academic advising services offered through EducationUSA for students aspiring to pursue higher education in the United States.
The participants also visited an art exhibition marking America 250, where they explored the early history of the United States, its independence, and the values of liberty and democracy.
The U.S. officials appreciated the enthusiasm, energy, and vision of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s young leaders and reaffirmed their commitment to continued engagement and partnership with youth across the province.
