ISLAMABAD: A special delegation from the Federal Ombudsman Secretariat, headed by Senior Advisor Mr. Hamid Ali Khan, visited the Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) in Islamabad. The delegation included Mr. Hashim Popalzai and Mr. Chaudhry Anwar, along with allottees of Sector F-14/15, including Mr. Tariq Faheem Sheikh, Dr. Nawaz Ahmed, Mr. Muhammad Abdul Basit, Mr. Najeeb Awan, and Dr. Yousaf.

The delegation was warmly received by Director General FGEHA, Captain (R) Zafar Iqbal, along with senior officials of the Authority. During the visit, the delegation was given a detailed briefing on ongoing development projects, administrative affairs, and future planning initiatives, with special focus on pricing and policy matters related to Sectors F-14/15. Officials explained that all pricing structures are being implemented in accordance with approved rules, transparent policies, and legal requirements.

The Federal Ombudsman team appreciated the performance of FGEHA, acknowledging its transparent working procedures and efforts for public facilitation. The delegation described the Authority as a model institution at the national level and commended its development projects, modern infrastructure, and vision for providing quality civic amenities.

They particularly lauded the leadership of Director General Captain (R) Zafar Iqbal, noting that under his guidance the Authority has improved project execution and strengthened public trust. At the end of the visit, the delegation expressed gratitude to the FGEHA management for their hospitality and professional arrangements.
