DERA ISMAIL KHAN: Commissioner Dera Ismail Khan Division, Dawood Khan, was called on by the newly appointed Deputy Commissioner Tank, Jamshed Khan, at the Commissioner Office in Dera Ismail Khan. During the meeting, Deputy Commissioner Tank presented a commemorative shield to the Commissioner.
The Deputy Commissioner briefed Commissioner Dawood Khan on the overall law and order situation in Tank district, ongoing development projects, revenue matters, anti-encroachment operations, provision of clean drinking water, public welfare initiatives, health sector performance, and cleanliness arrangements ahead of Eid-ul-Azha.
He also informed the Commissioner about the electricity-related issues faced by residents of Tank district and the efforts underway to address them.
Commissioner Dawood Khan directed the district administration to ensure maximum relief for the public in line with the vision and agenda of the provincial government. He emphasized that attendance of officers and staff in all government institutions must be ensured and warned that negligence in public service delivery would not be tolerated.
The Commissioner further stressed the need for effective administrative measures to resolve civic issues and improve public facilities, directing officials to remain proactive in addressing public concerns.
