LAHORE: Leaders Media Network (LMN) elected its office-bearers for the 2026–27 term unopposed during its annual elections held at the Air Force Falcon Club, Lahore.
Chairman Syed Ali Bukhari, Founder President Usman Ghani, and a 15-member cabinet were returned unopposed. Journalists and media professionals from different sectors attended the annual meeting.
The newly elected office-bearers include Nasir Chaudhry as Senior Vice President, Muhammad Masroor Rafi as Vice President (First), Kashif Adib Jawadani as Vice President (Second), Syed Musawwar Ali Zanjani as General Secretary, Ijaz Ahmed Ijaz as Additional General Secretary, Shahid Mehmood as Joint Secretary, Adnan Taufiq as Finance Secretary, Ali Kamran Dhillon as Information Secretary, Saman Urooj as Secretary Women Wing, Yaser Mubeen as Secretary Punjab Wing, Naeem Ahmed as Secretary Islamabad Wing, Ali Irfan Javed as Secretary Lahore Wing, and Nadeem Shahzad Ali as Secretary Events & Programs.
Addressing the gathering, Chairman Syed Ali Bukhari said LMN would continue providing journalists with a strong platform that promotes professional excellence, unity, and responsible journalism.
Founder President Usman Ghani reaffirmed the organization’s commitment to positive and constructive journalism, saying LMN would continue encouraging reporting that promotes national development, social harmony, public awareness, and responsible expression.
Senior journalist Syed Sajjad Kazmi, the chief guest, congratulated the newly elected team and praised LMN’s rapid progress. He was also awarded honorary membership of the organization in recognition of his services to journalism. The meeting concluded with prayers for the organization’s continued success and for departed members.
