BAJAUR: Monitoring of public welfare projects funded by the development grants of Minister of State Mubarak Zeb Khan has been intensified in the tribal district of Bajaur. The Minister’s representative and Vice Chairman Mian Habib Gul, accompanied by Tehsil Chairman Alam Khan, visited VC Marosa and Sikandro, where they conducted a detailed inspection of the ongoing PCC (Plain Cement Concrete) road construction project.
During the visit, Ayaz Khan, Hamidullah (General Secretary of Tehsil Utman Khel) and other local elders were also present. The delegation reviewed the pace of work, construction materials, and overall quality standards, emphasizing the timely completion of the project.
Following the inspection, Mian Habib Gul issued a strict warning to the contractor, stating that no compromise on quality or quantity would be tolerated in projects funded by public money. He stressed that transparency, durability, and high construction standards must be ensured in all development schemes so that the public can benefit from long-lasting infrastructure.
Speaking on the occasion, Mian Habib Gul said that under the leadership of Mubarak Zeb Khan, efforts to eliminate underdevelopment in Bajaur and provide basic facilities to the people are being accelerated. He added that roads, infrastructure, and other public welfare projects would continue on a priority basis to ensure that every area benefits from the ongoing development process.
