The Pakistan Under-19 cricket team is leaving Lahore for London today, where the young Shaheens will test their skills during their tour of England. The 15-member squad is being led by Farhan Yousaf, while Usman Khan is one of the key names in Pakistan’s batting line-up and has established himself as a reliable opening option.
Over the past period, Usman Khan has impressed with his confident batting and responsible approach in difficult situations, establishing himself among Pakistan U19’s dependable openers. His performances against traditional rivals India, in particular, have helped him earn recognition.
In an Under-19 match against India, Usman Khan played a patient and responsible innings of 60 runs off 94 balls. Another outstanding performance came during the ICC Under-19 World Cup 2026, when Usman Khan scored an impressive 75 runs off 85 balls against Scotland U19 at a crucial stage, helping Pakistan cope with a challenging run chase. His excellent performance earned him the Player of the Match award.
