HARIPUR: A Martyrs of Karbala Conference was held at Khanqah Mahboob Abad Sharif, Haveliian, with the participation of a large number of devotees, religious scholars, and local residents.
Addressing the gathering, scholars paid rich tribute to the sacrifice of Hazrat Imam Hussain (RA), describing it as a timeless symbol of truth, justice, patience, and steadfastness. They emphasized that the tragedy of Karbala was a supreme sacrifice for the preservation of Islam, the protection of the Holy Prophet’s (PBUH) teachings, and the promotion of righteousness.
In his presidential address, Naqeeb-ul-Ashraf Pir Syed Mohiuddin Mahboob Hanafi Qadri Kazmi said the message of Karbala continues to inspire Muslims to uphold truth and reject oppression. He stressed that Imam Hussain’s (RA) sacrifice ensured the preservation of the true teachings of Islam for future generations.
The conference concluded with a Dhikr gathering, recitation of Durood and Salam, and distribution of Langar-e-Hussaini among the participants.
