BAJAUR: Mr. Hatan Firag, the Moallim (Pilgrims’ Guide) of Maktab No. 22, hosted a special meeting in his office to review the arrangements and services provided to pilgrims under the Private Hajj Scheme 2026. The meeting was attended by the spokesperson of the Maktab, Mr. Muhammad Nasir, along with other relevant officials.
During the meeting, a detailed briefing was given on the Hajj 2026 arrangements, facilities provided to pilgrims, and the extraordinary measures taken by the Saudi government to ensure a smooth and comfortable pilgrimage experience. Mr. Hatan Firag stated that, in line with the directives of the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, the comfort, safety, and well-being of pilgrims were given top priority this year, resulting in exemplary arrangements across the holy sites, including Mina, Arafat, Muzdalifah, and Jamarat.
He further explained that despite extreme weather conditions and other challenges, pilgrims were provided with cold drinking water, quality meals, shaded walkways, modern healthcare services, an efficient transportation system, high standards of cleanliness, and comprehensive guidance facilities. These measures enabled millions of pilgrims to perform their Hajj rituals with peace of mind and satisfaction.
On this occasion, a special shield was presented to Haji Naeemullah Khan, owner of Madina Hajj and Umrah Service, in recognition of his outstanding services, effective guidance, and exceptional administrative performance in serving pilgrims associated with the cluster of Maktab No. 22. While presenting the shield, Mr. Hatan Firag remarked that serving the guests of Allah is a great trust and a noble responsibility, and those who perform this duty with sincerity, honesty, and dedication deserve appreciation and recognition.
The participants expressed satisfaction over the performance of Pakistani private Hajj organizers, noting that they had rendered remarkable services in the areas of accommodation, transportation, guidance, and other essential facilities for pilgrims. The positive impact of these efforts was evident throughout the Hajj operation.
The attendees also paid tribute to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, the Saudi Crown Prince, the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, and the Saudi government for their outstanding efforts. They praised the commitment, planning, use of modern technology, and administrative expertise demonstrated in facilitating the pilgrimage. According to the participants, effective monitoring and coordinated arrangements played a key role in making Hajj 2026 a well-organized, secure, and successful operation.
At the conclusion of the meeting, participants reaffirmed their commitment to prioritizing the service of pilgrims in the future and continuing efforts to provide them with every possible facility and support. Special prayers were also offered for the peace and prosperity of the Muslim Ummah, the acceptance of the pilgrims’ Hajj, and for all those engaged in serving the guests of Allah.
