Bajaur: President of the social organization , Youth Alliance Masihullah Danish, has said that the killing of Rehan Zeb has left many young people in Bajaur feeling discouraged, fearful, and uncertain about the future. He stated that these circumstances have negatively affected the social, educational, and welfare activities of the youth, making it essential to restore their confidence, motivate them, and encourage them to play a constructive role in society.
In a statement, Masihullah Danish said that the youth of Bajaur possess immense talent, determination, and the potential to contribute significantly to the development of their communities. However, he emphasized that they need a supportive environment, encouragement, and proper guidance to utilize their abilities effectively. He warned that if young people are not provided with positive direction and opportunities, feelings of frustration and uncertainty could deepen. Therefore, he urged social organizations, political leaders, and government institutions to work together in supporting and empowering the younger generation.
He further said that Youth Alliance has been actively working for several years to promote youth welfare, leadership, and community service. The organization has also been assisting members of the Bajaur community living in Islamabad and Rawalpindi by helping them resolve issues related to police stations, tehsil offices, government departments, and other administrative matters. According to him, the organization has consistently encouraged volunteerism and civic participation among young people, enabling them to contribute positively to society.
Masihullah Danish announced that the organization plans to expand its activities beyond Bajaur by establishing similar youth organizations in Mohmand and other merged districts. He said the objective is to provide more young people with a constructive platform through which they can actively participate in social welfare, education, peacebuilding, and community development.
He also called upon the current elected parliamentarians to recognize and support youth organizations instead of overlooking them. He stressed that providing institutional backing and encouragement to positive youth initiatives would enable young people to become active partners in addressing local challenges and contribute meaningfully to building a peaceful, progressive, and prosperous society.
